Overlooking Sheephaven Bay this beautifully appointed second floor apartment (accessible by lift and stairs) is only one mile from the village of Dunfanaghy.  The accommodation includes a quiet reading area and patio doors which lead out to a balcony with spectacular views.

Your apartment is situated on the second (top) floor of a new development at Port-na-Blagh, Dunfanaghy, Co. Donegal.  The accommodation comprises of a sitting room with balcony (overlooking beautiful Sheephaven Bay), a fully fitted kitchen (oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave), 3 bedrooms (one ensuite), and main bathroom.  There is gas fired central heating, television (6 channels), and a small C.D./Radio player in each room.

Surrounding Area

Port-na-Blagh is a very scenic area with fabulous beaches, marvellous walks, and a harbour from which sea-angling trips and boating expeditions may be enjoyed.  It is within easy reach of many of Co. Donegal’s attractions, e.g. Glenveagh National Park, Colmcille Heritage Centre, Glebe Gallery etc.

Just north of Portnablagh lies Horn Head with its striking cliffs scenery and a wide variety of bird life. Horn Head is perhaps the most dramatic of Donegal's Peninsulas with a stunning scenic drive and numerous scenic walks.  The entire peninsula  has been designated as an Irish Natural Heritage Area and a Refuge for Fauna (specifically sea birds)

Dunfanaghy lies almost at the top of Donegal and the rugged coastline and lovely sandy beaches are a stunning sight at any time of the year. There are lots of activities to enjoy in the area including golf, fishing, swimming hill walking and mountain climbing.
