This delightful, modern, semi detached cottage with 4 bedrooms to sleep 7. It has a main bathroom with a separate shower room and toilet on the 1st floor. The large kitchen and dining area are open plan and fitted with all mod cons.

The property is approx 5 mins walk from the heritage town of Ramelton. It is fully insulated with double glazing and oil fired central heating with a beautiful open fire in the lounge. The holiday home is situated at the beginning of the Fanad peninsula and is ideally placed for touring North West Donegal and is just 10 minutes drive from Letterkenny.

The village of Ramelton itself is steeped in history and heritage. It has managed to retain much of its old world charm and character through preserving many of the wonderful historical Georgian buildings that give the village a distinctive identity in this part of Ireland.

Within this beautiful architectural setting there is a vibrant village with many facilities for you to enjoy during your visit. The recently renovated Town Hall is the venue for a variety of entertainment including concerts and stage plays. The weekly Country Market is renowned for fresh vegetables, home baking and local handcrafted gifts. The village has many quaint pubs - the wonderful Bridge Bar is a highly regarded music venue while Conway's Pub enables the visitor to take a step back in time.

Nearby is Rathmullan village beach and harbour where you can catch the local car ferry and travel the 25 mins journey to the Inishowen peninsula. All coastal drives in the area have breathtaking views and the area is peppered with local pubs where you can stop for a break and enjoy the wonderful fresh fish and of course a pint of the Black stuff.
