No.1 The Links is a tastefully finished modern holiday home located in
the close to the seaside village of Dunfanaghy, North West Donegal. It is
well equipped to ensure that you enjoy a wonderful self catering holiday
in this rural, rugged part of Ireland. Accommodation consists of three
spacious bedrooms - one of which is ensuite.
The village of Portnablagh - and the nearby
village of Dunfanaghy - are popular tourist destinations with
lively pubs and restaurants. Everyone can enjoy the numerous activities
available in the locality, from walking on beautifully white beaches,
water sports, horse-riding, golf, fishing, cycling to visiting
the local art galleries and museum.
The village of Portnablagh is located
on the shores of Sheephaven Bay and is surrounded by spectacular
coastal and mountain scenery. Just a short stroll from the house is the
beautiful Killyhoey Beach - a three mile stretch of golden sand
providing safe blue flag bathing.
Just north of Dunfanaghy lies
Horn Head with its striking cliffs
and a wide variety of bird life. Often considered one of the most
dramatic of Donegal's Peninsulas, Horn Head provides
stunning scenic
drives and numerous walks.

Climb Muckish and Errigal. Mount Errigal, the highest mountain in
Donegal is a demanding climb and once on the summit you can see for
miles around.
Visit Glenveagh National Park, with 16,000 hectares of mountains,
lakes, wood and bogs. Glenveagh contains the largest red deer population
in Europe. Well worth a visit
Go fishing on Sessiagh Lake, Prut Lake or New Lake - or enjoy sea
angling at Portnablagh
