A Popular Surfing Destination

The Atlantic is funnelled through Donegal Bay into the crescent-shaped expanses of Rossnowlagh Beach resulting in an endless roll of white horses galloping ashore. This has helped to make Rossnowlgh one of the top surfing destinations in the country. Wind-surfing, kite-surfing, and of course swimming are also popular, and the beach is well served with a surf club and a lifeguard station.  The miles of golden sand are also perfect for walking.

The Sandhouse Hotel is a short walk from the front door of the holiday home. This renowned establishment has a Marine Spa and features the popular Surfers Bar.  On a small headland just above the hotel are 2 more bar/ restaurants – The Smugglers Creek and The Gaslight. Both enjoy spectacular views over Rossnowlagh Beach.

What they say

Congratulations on an absolutely wonderful site! I was going crazy researching availability on other sites - that did not state price, no. of rooms, bathroom facilities often (even after clicking three or four links) and also did not follow a pattern for each entry. Your site is delightful. I could go through all pages of entries and with the price details given immediately did not need to waste time over entries not within my budget.
