This two bedroom house is
located in a
courtyard setting along with several other privately owned holiday
homes. It has a unique layout with the living area located on the first
floor to take advantage of the wonderful views of the bay and the
salmon
fishery quite literally on the doorstep. Both downstairs bedrooms have
their own en-suite bathroom facilities.
The house is located one mile from Bundoran, which has a range of shops
and restaurant/bars, as well as attractions such as
Waterworld, seaweed
baths, ten-pin bowling, amusements and a 6 screen cinema. There is a
funfair along the promenade during the summer months, and
Dizzy Dens
indoor children's activity centre to keep children occupied in inclement
weather.
Activities available in the area include horse riding, surfing, golf and
coarse, game and sea fishing.
As well as the many attractions of Donegal this area is ideally suited
for visiting Leitrim, Yeats Country and Mullaghmore in Sligo and the
Fermanagh lakelands, and the towns of Sligo and Donegal towns are both
within a 30 minute drive.

Golf Course: Bundoran Golf Club, 1 mile. Also Sligo County Golf Club at
Rosses Point and Donegal Golf club on the Murvagh peninsula on Donegal
