This spacious property is located in the seaside village of Portsalon on an elevated site overlooking the pier and Ballymastocker Bay; leaving the view from the house one of the most stunning and beautiful in Portsalon.

This house has four well appointed bedrooms and a large kitchen, open plan dining and living area with an open fire. All modern conveniences are available to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.

All rooms are well proportioned and finished to a high standard, with all modern conveniences. The house can accommodate up to between 8 and 9 people comfortably. Fantastic family home ideal for a fun packed holiday.

Surrounding Area

The house is located a 2 min walk away from the pier and a sandy beach, and is also within walking distance to the nearby Links golf course, and the larger beach located on Ballymastocker Bay.

Portsalon is a small but perfect village with 2 pubs, a restaurant and a shop. Portsalon Golf Club is a 2 min walk from the house and is available to non members, it has recently undergone renovation and has been voted one of the best links courses in Ireland. There is also a restaurant housed within the clubhouse.

Local Attractions

Fanad Lighthouse is a 10 minute drive north, and offers spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean and surrounding area. There are plenty of opportunities to get back to nature with water sports available from the pier, fishing available in nearby Rosnakill, and country walks and cycle routes available a-plenty.

Beach: 2min to small beach; 5 min to larger beach.
Golf Course: Portsalon Golf Club; 2 mins walk.
3km Knockalla Coastal Road leading to Rathmullan and Ramelton

The living room is located to the front of the house, has an open fireplace and enjoys panoramic views over the nearby harbour and Ballymastocker Bay. It is elegantly furnished and features a solid pine wood floor.
