An Teach Carraig Cottage, Buncrana - living room

The lounge occupies the southern upstairs wing of the home. It has a  vaulted barrel ceiling, windows offering all round views, (The view looking south, over Lough Swilly and Buncrana is breath taking!) a balcony, solid wood floors, a stone fireplace, with an efficient solid fuel burner, a large L shaped, leather bound sofa, and two free standing arm chairs mounted on a swivel base, and leather-clad in a cream tone.

A large 42" wall mounted plasma TV, with DVD as well as a Sony PS2 and a sound system, - for entertainment. (The kitchen has a 37" Plasma TV, and there are flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms.) There is also a selection of board games, cards etc.

The home is efficiently insulated, and has under-floor Geo-Thermal central heating; (Which is included.)
