The Kitchen (above) and the dining area (below); enjoy a large spacious area, which connects to the conservatory, a utility room, the lounge and the passage to the entrance hall.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with modern storage units on a ceramic tiled floor. Appliances include an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, 4 slice toaster, a number of kettles, a mini cd/radio/stereo, TV, and essential crockery, cutlery and cookware. The utility room to the rear of the house, has its own sink, storage units, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also an outside clothes line.
The dining area, shown below, has a table with eight chairs. There is a fold-up table on the side, which also has eight seats, should more seating be required for larger groups.

Electricity is included.
