Arasain Bhalor are three modern 4 star apartments that are situated just off the main street in Falcarragh, County Donegal. Everything in the village is within walking distance of the apartments - the shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The name Arasain Bhalor  - which in English translates to Balor Apartments -  derives from an ancient myth, the creature Balor of the Evil Eye which was associated with the area.

Falcarragh is located in the West Donegal Gaeltacht - Ireland's largest gaeltacht area. The Irish Language has survived in this area -  along with much of the traditional Irish Culture that has now been lost to many other areas of the County.



All around Falcarragh you will find rugged peninsulas, clean beaches and towering mountains. West Donegal is famous for its natural beauty - from the majesty of Glenveagh National Park  to the wild Atlantic views along the Rosses and Gweedore coastline. Errigal and the Derryveagh Mountains are only 15 minutes drive away. The Dunlewey Lakeside Centre is a similar distance by car and boasts an exciting historical display of local crafts, trips on the lake, play facilities for children and pony trekking.
