Ardagh Cottage - Ballyliffin

Modern, spacious, 5 bedroom dormer bungalow, accommodating 10 people normally, but up to 13. Outstanding views from the from of the house, yet only 2 minute walk down to the beach, Ardagh is located on the edge of the popular village of Ballyliffin, Inishowen.

Perfect location for your Inishowen beachside family holiday or for Ballyliffin golf visitors. Ballyliffin offers extensive local restaurant facilities and is within easy reach of Doagh Island, Malin Head, Culdaff and the market towns of Carndonagh and Buncrana.

Distances:

Nearest Village - The house is located on the beach side of Ballyliffin village, a short walk from the village centre and its hotels, bars, restaurants.

Beach - 2 minute walk to the beach. Man-made pathway along the length of the beach - between the beach and the golf course. Ballyliffin beach is also a very popular surfer destination.

Golf Course - Ballyliffin golf club offers 2 great links courses, the Glashedy Links - a challenging Championship Course and The Old Links, - a whole different experience - hewn from the natural contours of the land.

Distance details: Ballyliffin is a great central location from which to explore Inishowen. The nearby Doagh Island Famine village - 2 miles is a must visit. Malin Head, the most northerly tip of Ireland is easily access via Malin village and one of the most scenic local drives - stopping off at 5 Finger Strand on route perhaps. The shopping-market town of Carndonagh is only 10 minutes east and the ferry town of Buncrana only 15 minutes south. Both are worth a visit for some relaxed local shopping.

Tiled flooring throughout. Sliding doors lead from the dining area to a sheltered car port.
The kitchen leads to the utility room and back door out to extensive private area with wooden decking.

Utility room. Exceptionally large utility room, off the kitchen, with additional cupboard space, clothes rack, sink-drainer, washing machine, tumble drier and chest freezer. Accessed directly from back door and leading to convenient toilet and sink. The large utility room is ideal for making preparations before or after beach outings.
