There is a large driveway to the front and an enclosed garden to back and side featuring a furnished patio area.

Buncrana

Buncrana itself is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the northwest of Ireland. This is due in no small part to the beautiful beaches in and around the town which range from secluded, private coves to the superb 5km long Blue Flag Lisfannon Strand just south of the town. The town has many other tourist amenities including a large childrens playground on the shorefront, a swimming pool, cinema, amusement arcades, golf course, numerous cafes, restaurants and craft shops. Buncrana has a vibrant music scene with a host of local pubs or bars having live music most nights of the week. The Buncrana Music and Arts festival returned to the town in 2010, after a five year absence. Angling is popular on the local Crana River and Fullerton reservoir. The Buncrana Angling Association controls this fishery. The fishery is run from a purpose built angling centre where licences, permits and fishing tackle can be purchased and where boats and rods can be hired.

The Ancient and Historic Walled City of Derry

The ancient and historic walled City of Derry is just a 25 minute drive from the holiday home.  A scene of much conflict in the latter part of the 20th century, Derry is today one of Ireland's most vibrant cities. Following the end of the troubles, the city has redeveloped much of its former character and charm. Some of the main attractions in the city include the historic walls, the Tower Museum, the Guildhall, The Millennium Forum and the Foyleside Shopping Centre. Derry is UK City of Culture in 2013 and will also host the All-Ireland Fleadh Cheoil in that year. The city's annual Halloween Festival is one of the highlights of the Irish Festival Calendar.
