Heights is ideal as a touring base for the Inishowen peninsula
and indeed the entire north coast of Ireland via the
car ferries
at Greencastle and Rathmullan (mid-June to mid-September)

An exciting new exhibition opens in the Museum this year covering the history of the Fort, the people who lived there and the events that shaped their lives. Original military equipment is used to tell the story of the Fort. Open June-September-all week
