The outside patio area at the rear of the house has been 'decked' with access via french-doors to the kitchen area. Patio furniture, a shade umbrella and a gas barbecue are provided. Weather permitting, this is a great spot for outside entertaining, meals or a quiet 'sundowner'.
The location of the property, set on approximately 3 acres in a very quiet, peaceful area, with very little road traffic, makes it suitable for young children to play safely.
