Bauville Holiday Home is a large, capacious, newly built luxury holiday home, in a traditional style. It will easily accommodate ten people in comfort.
Upstairs.
There are five bedrooms. The two extra large front bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes and also en-suites. The three rear facing bedrooms are also large in size. The main bathroom has a double shower and a large jacuzzi bath. All rooms are accessed from the open plan landing which leads down the the entrance hall.
Downstairs.
There is a very spacious entrance hall, with an open oak curved staircase. Access to the rest of the house is gained from the hall. There are three lounges, with two on either side of the entrance hall, and one at the rear. A large, modern, fully fitted kitchen and dining area, and a separate toilet and basin are also located off the hall. Also downstairs is a large utility room.
The home is fully insulated and double glazed, and there is geo-thermal under-floor central heating. The front west facing rooms all have sea views over Lough Swilly. Bed linen. towels and electricity are all included. The lounge TV has DVD and SKY reception, and there is a TV in the dining area.
Outside.
The house sits on a landscaped property enclosed by a fence, and a cement paved area surrounding the house, allows cars to drive right around, or serves as a patio area, where you can choose your position depending on the time of day. There is plenty of space for parking a number of cars.
Situated some 2km east of Buncrana, the holiday home is positioned on elevated ground in a rural, quiet and peaceful location, with good westerly views over Lough Swilly.
In Buncrana, you will find a host of pubs, restaurants, a cinema, a video hire, post office, hotels, places of worship, and various shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and other retail outlets.
Walkers will have much to choose from, and there is a popular, paved coastal walk which starts at the castle bridge, and follows the coast along the eastern shores of Lough Swilly to Neds Point, Porthaw, Fr. Hegartys Rock and Stragill. Alternatively there is a shorter river walk along the banks of the Crana River through the lovely wooded Swan Park.
The nearest blue flag status beach is at Lisfannon near Fahan, to the south, with the White Strand, The Buncrana Shorefront, Porthaw, Stragill and Linsfort, being other beaches within a short driving distance.
Golfers will be pleased to learn that their is the 9 hole Buncrana Municipal Golf Course, and the North West Golf Club at Lisfannon not much further away. There is the famous two links course at Ballyliffin, only a twenty minute drive away, while other nearby courses can be found at Greencastle, Redcastle and Culmore in Derry.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a modern stylish look, in shades of cream and brown. There is a central island unit which serves as a breakfast bar or work top, and various storage units and appliances in an L shaped configuration, which include. a large American style fridge-freezer, a gas hob with extractor fan, an electric eye level oven, dishwasher, stainless-steel dual sink, kettle, toaster, and essential crockery, cutlery and cookware.
The dining area has a table with six chairs, and there is a wall mounted TFT screen TV.
French doors open to the rear of the house, to a paved area that can serve as a patio, receiving morning sunlight.
Access is also provided by double, windowed doors to a rear facing lounge, and the main entrance hallway.
A separate utility room has an additional sink along with storage units. A microwave is built-in the tall units. The large washing machine and large tumble dryer are located here. There is also an iron and ironing board in the tall storage unit.
There is a double outside clothes line.
The holiday home has three lounges.
The main lounge, which is positioned in the south west corner, has an open fireplace, a widescreen TV with SKY reception, and a matching 3 seat leather couch, a 2 seat leather couch, and a leather arm chair.
The second lounge, positioned in the north west corner, has a matching 3 seat couch and a 2 seat couch.
The third, rear facing lounge, positioned in the south east corner, has a matching 2 seat couch and 2 arm chairs.
There are five upstairs bedrooms to sleep ten in comfort.
There are two extra large front (west) facing bedrooms, each having a king size bed, bay window with sea views, en-suite, and large walk-in wardrobes.
There are three large rear (east) facing bedrooms, each having a double bed.
The main upstairs bathroom has a separate double shower, toilet, twin wash basins, and a wider than normal jacuzzi bath.
The two en-suites each have a separate shower, toilet and basin.
There is a downstairs toilet and basin off the entrance hallway.

Congratulations on an absolutely wonderful site! I was going crazy researching availability on other sites - that did not state price, no. of rooms, bathroom facilities often (even after clicking three or four links) and also did not follow a pattern for each entry. Your site is delightful. I could go through all pages of entries and with the price details given immediately did not need to waste time over entries not within my budget.
