Accommodation in the holiday homes comprises of 4 spacious bedrooms - two of which are ensuite. One of bedrooms has bunk beds, a comfortable sofa and a tv and makes an ideal second living room for kids of all ages. Continuing the family friendly theme there is a selection of board and computer games, a small pool table and an enclosed back lawn
The seaside village of Rossnowlagh is located on the rugged Atlantic coast between Donegal Town (15km) and Ballyshannon (8km). Often referred to as the "Heavenly Cove" the beach in this popular holiday resort is regarded by many as the most scenic and dramatic beach in County Donegal - a County renowned for its beautiful beaches
Set in a 4km crescent of golden sand with the sparkle of shimmering waves breaking on the shore, Rossnowlagh Beach is popular for all kinds of watersports including board sailing, surfing, water skiing and kite-surfing. The magnificent blue flag beach also provides ideal conditions for safe bathing (with lifeguard patrols), walking, jogging and the invigorating fresh sea air.
Rossnowlagh boasts the Donegal Historical Society Museum, which houses a collection of Irish instruments and Stone Age flints. The village also features impressive cliffs where visitors can enjoy scenic walks.
Surfing Rossnowlagh has some of the best surfing in the world and the European Championships have been held here a number of times
Golf - superb 18 hole links championship courses are located at Murvagh, near Donegal Town and at Bundoran
Walking - The Creevy Shore Walk is a purpose built coastal footpath 10 miles in length running from Rossnowlagh through Creevy to the mouth of the Erne Estuary. There is also some excellent long distance walks such as the Blue Stack Way and Baile na Gaeltachta [the Gaeltacht Way].
Donegal Town (15km) is of great historical interest and has numerous tourist attractions. Donegal Castle stands beside The Diamond, overlooking the River Eske. Guided historical tours of Donegal Town take place on a daily basis during the summer and the Waterbus takes you around Donegal Bay. The ruins of Donegal Abbey, situated on the bay, are open to the public.
Creevy Pier - for tours of Donegal Bay, including, Slieve League - the highest sea cliffs in Europe.
Horse-Riding There are several horse-riding and trekking establishments in the area where you can enjoy an afternoon on horseback, riding through some of Ireland's most beautiful scenery.
Cycling South Donegal abounds with small, winding roads which offer spectacular views around every corner and are ideal for cycling.
Angling - anglers can sample game, coarse and sea angling with sea angling boats available for local chartering. (The first salmon of the season is frequently caught in the nearby River Drowse)
Waterworld in Bundoran - one of Ireland's leading Indoor Aqua Adventure Playground is located on the seafront in Bundoran (10km)

The bright living room features large windows and glass patio doors which offer panoramic views over Rossnowlagh village towards Donegal Bay. From the comfort of the luxurious furniture suite you can just sit and watch this beautiful landscape The room has a wonderful open fireplace and is furnished with a tv with a digibox (card required), a dvd player and a Bose iPod Dock.
The holiday home has 4 comfortable and bedrooms - all with wood floors. The spacious master bedroom on the first floor has excellent ensuite facilities. The room enjoys superb sea views. Also located on the first floor is an ensuite bedroom with a double + single bunk bed. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms - a double and a room with bunk beds. These rooms are adjacent to the bathroom - which features a bath and overhead shower
Bayview Cottage is very much a family friendly holiday home. The ground floor bedroom with bunk beds features a comfortable sofa and a TV. A selection of board games and tv computer games are available - along with a small pool table. The enclosed back lawn is a safe playground for children.
