Beach Park House is a superb modern holiday cottage located in the popular
holiday
village
of Downings in
North
West Donegal.
This modern accommodation is beautifully furnished to provide a true
home from home holiday experience. The cottage is situated in a small
quiet development just off the main street in Downings.
Everything is within walking distance – the fabulous beach, the hotels,
restaurants, shops and pubs. Even the superb Rosapenna Golf Club
and the famous Tramore Strand are just over 1km away.
The cottage can accommodate up to 9 people and includes a luxury master
bedroom on the first floor with excellent ensuite facilities. The open
plan ground floor has been designed to provide a special living space,
airy and bright, yet warm and comfortable. There is also a fenced- in
back garden that features a generous decking area.
The
village
of Downings is a very popular tourist resort and fishing port with
lively pubs and night-life. It is situated on the beautiful
Rosguil
Peninsula.
The natural landscape of this peninsula provides the basis for many of
the activities that the visitor can enjoy. In addition to an abundance
of golden sandy beaches there are many water based activities in the
Downings area - including windsurfing, deep sea diving, sea angling and
boat charters. There is also horse riding and hill walking.

Downings and features a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and

Atlantic Drive.

in such areas as Bloody Foreland, Horn Head, the Rosses and the Fanad
Peninsula. Moving inland you have the majestic and unspoilt Donegal
Highlands where the magnificent Glenveagh National Park is
