The lounge lies just to the right of the entrance hall, and has a warm, relaxed, informal atmosphere.
On a carpeted floor, it has a bay window with views across Lough Foyle.
The fireplace is a traditional open style cast-iron hearth with a wooden surround on a polished black granite plinth. Furnishings include two matching two seat couches in a dusty pink fabric.
The TV has a DVD, and there is a CD/radio/stereo. A shelving unit has a small selection of books and DVD's.

Oil fired central heating is included.
