sea and mountain views located close to the famous Teac Jack’s Hotel,
and not far from Bunbeg and the beautiful Port Arthur beach. Enjoy local
attractions such as Dunlewey, Bloody Foreland - climb Mount Errigal or
take a boat trip to Tory or Gola island or... just relax on the stunning
Magherorarty Beach - a short distance away!

cottage, with its turf fire, is lovely to come home to,
after days spent exploring the beautiful county of Donegal. Positioned
to make the most of the stunning sea and
mountain views, the cottage boasts an
all-round patio area, ideal for barbeques
and get-togethers;
- with panoramic views of the sea and
mountains. A truly peaceful and quiet location,
yet only a short distance from local amenities
and nightly entertainment in the famous Teac Jack’s Hotel.
In addition to nearby local attractions such as Dunlewy Lakeside
Centre;
Glenveagh National Park; Bloody Foreland or boat trips to Tory or Gola
island, Bun na Speir is ideally situated for daytrips
along the famous Atlantic Drive on the North coast,
or the highest marine cliffs in Europe (Slieve League) in South Donegal
– all easily accessible within a half-day. If you simply wish to relax,
sit back and enjoy the wonderful views from the comfort of your armchair,
in front of a real turf fire, and enjoy the
peace and tranquillity this lovely cottage has to offer.
Derrybeg is located in the Gaeltacht of North West Donegal and is an
ideal base for touring this beautiful region.
The area is famed for it's sheltered sandy beaches spectacular rugged
coastline and the warmth of the welcome extended to visitors to the
area.
In the long evenings locals and visitors gather in the village's pubs to
listen to live traditional music - indeed this area is the heartland of
such renowned groups as Altan and Clannad
