The property is located near Letterkenny (10 kms) – the largest town in Co. Donegal with an extensive selection of recreational activities, quality restaurants, bars and shopping. Local amenities include: public swimming pool, horse riding, cinema, theatre, golf, bowling, children’s activity centres. Many local village festivals run throughout the summer including the famous international Earagail Arts Festival (July 3rd to 18th 2010) www.eaf.ie There is live music in the pubs in Churchill during the week and weekends with a small local pub /shop less than half a mile away. The village of Kilmacrenan (6 kms) offers a supermarket, petrol station, 3 restaurants, post office and numerous pubs. There are fabulous walks to suit all fitness levels in the immediate locality including the wonderful Bridle walk from Glendowan into Glenveagh.
