Craghy Cottage - Dungloe

Craghy Cottage is a truly unique property set amid spectacular scenery.  It is a charming,  traditional Irish cottage in its original condition, situated on 3 acres of undulating countryside, deep in the hills of Donegal, approximately 4 miles east of Dungloe village.  Due to its tranquil location, the property enjoys unimaginable peace & privacy and is a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a quiet spot to unwind from the stresses of life.

Craghy Cottage is a walker’s paradise with panoramic views from the hills above the cottage (bring your walking boots).  The Cottage comes fully equipped and includes 4 double beds; electric shower; gas cooker; fridge; twin tub washing machine.  All linen and towels are supplied. Cot, high chair and buggy are available on request.  A reliable experienced babysitter is also available.

The living room of Craghy Cottage has an open fireplace, for which fuel is provided.  There is a dining table with seating for six along with a comfortable furniture suite.  This room enjoys mountain views and has a real traditional feel to it.

  Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms in Craghy Cottage.  Each are on the groundfloor and each contains 2 double beds, providing sleeping accommodation for 8.

  Outside Space

Due to the location of Craghy Cottage, the outside space is really special.  Mountains, lakes, streams and wells surround the cottage, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting for any holiday.

Booking Details

Booking deposit (non-refundable) of euro100 per week - with balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.
