After you’ve completed a round of golf on one of the local courses or caught the renowned Inishowen surf, relax in the cosy turf-lit living room or spark up a BBQ out on the decking. With 4 spacious bedrooms (2 en-suite), it caters for large group and extended families.

Craig Á Hearann is ideal for your self catering break in north Donegal. The open-plan architecture of the living space is perfect for extended family, golfing or hill walking groups. The modern V-shaped staircase allows extra privacy for the main en-suite bedroom while the 2 upstairs guest bedrooms share a full-sized bathroom. The spacious downstairs bedroom has a double bed and also an en-suite shower room.

For a day trip you might decide to visit the historic city of Derry or take the ferry from nearby Greencastle and onwards to the Giant's Causeway or perhaps do the Inishowen 100, a wonderfully scenic drive around Ireland's most northerly peninsula.

A new ferry service has recently been introduced across Lough Swilly from Buncrana to Rathmullan opening up new possibilities for those who wish to explore further west into Donegal.
