Terms and Conditions
The minimum rental period is one week. Check-in time Saturday 4pm, check-out time Saturday 11am.

No pets permitted with the exception of a Guide Dog accompanying a registered blind person.

Prices are fully inclusive of
- central heating
- electricity, logs and gas
- all bed linen and towels
- and a welcome pack.

Once your booking has been confirmed you should forward a 25% booking deposit. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the letting period.

If your booking is made 8 weeks or less before the rental period, the full amount should be forwarded.

On receipt of your final payment, we will send you the detailed direction map and location details.

The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that the cottage and contents are left in good order and in a clean and tidy condition.

A separate and refundable Breakages Deposit of 200 EUR is required and must be included with the balance of the rental cost. Guests are responsible for damage to the cottage and or contents during their stay. The breakages deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the letting period if there are no breakages or other damage to the property.
