The fully fitted kitchen and dining area, shown above.
Included in the ceramic floor-tiled kitchen are: gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, essential crockery, cutlery & cookware.
An adjoining utility room has an iron & ironing board and a washing machine. There is also an outside clothes-line.
The dining area extends from the kitchen, with a table and seating for six; (with space for eight.)
Large doors provide easy access to the living area, and sliding "French" doors lead out to the rear of the cottage.

Electricity is included.
