The large kitchen of Elly House features:

The wooden beams, see above photo, were recently made from some of the mature pine trees which surround this traditional farmhouse. Throughout the house many of the original wooden ceilings and doors have been carefully restored ensuring a continuity of a long tradition of skilled carpentry associated with this house.
