The house overlooks the Eany river valley
and Blue Stack Mountains. Gargrim is a
tastefully decorated
four bedroom dwelling that can sleep up to ten
adults. Two bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have a single
bed and bunk bed.
A large
fully fitted farmhouse style kitchen
has a large dining table with seating for eight. There is a main
bathroom with a power shower, a large en-suite, and a separate toilet
next to the utility room. The lounge has a
traditional fireplace
and
is furnished with a leather 3-piece suite, three seater sofa and two
armchairs, and has satellite TV with DVD.
The perimeter of the property is fenced and
walled and surrounded by pine trees and shrubbery, with a
large parking area to the side and front of the house. There is an
enclosed area to the rear of the house - safe for children.

Donegal Golf Club, Murvagh
:A 20 Minute drive from Frosses, located off the main Donegal – Ballyshannon Road. Superb 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, playable all
year round.
Narin & Portnoo Golf Club A 30 minute Drive from Gargrim House,
continue through Ardara and Narin is a further 10 minutes. Fine 18 hole
course with fantastic scenery, playable all year round.
Ballybofey & Stranorlar Golf Club: 40 Minute drive from Frosses,
located just of the Lifford Road in Stranorlar. Immaculate inland 18

♣Fishing:
Fresh Water: River Eany Just a 5 minute walk from Gargrim House,
you can find some of the best fresh water fishing in Ireland. Salmon
and Brown Trout are fishable from the 1st of April until the 30th of
September.

Fishing: St. Johns Point
Sea
fishing may be enjoyed off the rocks at St.Johns Point. Mackrel, Pollock
and Bian are plentiful in high season.
♣Beaches:
There are a number of fine beaches in the area; here are a few
recommendations.
Inver: Located just 3km from Frosses, Inver beach is off the main
Donegal – Killybegs road.
Mountcharles: Located between
Donegal
Town & Frosses 5km from Gargrim House. Ideal for a walk in the evenings.
Narin: 35 minute drive from Frosses. Continue through Ardara town
and it’s a further 10 minutes. Overlooking Inishkeel Island beach
stretches for 2km, is well worth a visit.
Rossnowlagh: This magnificent
Blue
Flag Beach, is just a 20 minute drive from Frosses. Located off the main
Donegal – Ballyshannon Road at Ballintra.
Fintra: Located just of the Killybegs – Kilcar Road, another Blue
Flag beach, is a 30 minute drive from Frosses, a great beach & ideal for
families.
♣Equestrian:
Deane’s Equestrian, Darney, Bruckless, Co. Donegal Indoor &
outdoor arenas, show-jumping grounds, cross country course. Pony
Rides-short lead rides for the young and not so young. Trekking along
quiet country roads through the hills of Donegal for all levels of
