Property A
Front and rear accessible open plan living area, comprising of a modern kitchen, which includes, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. The living/dining area, include TV, DVD player and radio/CD system. Off the hall there are two double ensuite bedrooms with electric showers. There is another bedroom, which can accommodate up to three people. The main bathroom is wheelchair accessible as is the property itself. Off the back hall close to the back entrance there is a washroom comprising of a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Property B
Similar living space, which has a commanding view over the harbour, and is fitted out to the same standards. There are three double bedrooms, two of which are ensuite in this property. The main bathroom and the utility wash area are off the hall.

Both properties have been finished and furnished to the highest standards, and include, oil fired central heating and rear access off road parking. Both the front and the rear have contained garden where children can play in safety.
