The house offers three bedrooms and family bathroom on first floor. Kitchen, dining room with sea views, sitting room, bedroom with ensuite and sun porch are situated on the ground floor. The house also offers an enclosed backyard allowing a safe area for children to play or to have a relaxing bbq and enjoy the stunning sunsets on the bay.

Activities in the area include boating, boat charter for pleasure and fishing trips at Rathmullan and Downings pier. Hill walking, pony trekking and golf at the famous Portsalon links course.

Letterkenny, Co. Donegal’s main town, is twenty minutes by car and offers a five screen cinema, bowling alley and children’s activity centre, public swimming pool, town park, theatre, restaurants and a wide variety of shops including Argos, Next, New Look, TK Max, Benetton and Tesco, enough to keep any shopper happy!
