The kitchen; (top

The kitchen faces the rear, and is connected with the lounge, and has two
side doors, leading to a utility room on the left, and the sun room,
where the dining area, is located on the right.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with modern units and appliances,
including; an electric hob and oven, a large double door fridge/freezer,
a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster; as well as essential
crockery, cutlery and cookware.
The adjoining utility room has the washing machine, iron and ironing
board, and there is a separate toilet and wash basin.
The sun room with the dining area, is positioned on the southern side of
the cottage, and is well illuminated by natural light through windows on
three sides, and two sky-lights above. From here, one can enjoy views of
the surrounding countryside overlooking the Glengesh Valley.
A sheltered patio area lies just outside the sun room, and should the
weather be suitable, one can dine outside on the patio furniture
provided.
