Inis Cuil Apartments are 3 luxury apartments situated on a hillside overlooking the beautiful  Magherclogher Strand and Gweedore Bay in West Donegal.
 
The holiday apartments have been designed in a way that enables them to blend in almost seamlessly with the local environment. They are fitted with top quality appliances and fittings throughout - making them a benchmark in contemporary luxury and coastal living.
 
Both bedrooms and the living and dining area enjoy magnificent views of the West Donegal coastline. All 3 areas have glass doors leading out to the patio area  - creating an almost seamless interior / exterior environment.

Local Area

The wonderful Magerclogher Strand - with its famous beach boat scene - is literally a stones throw from the apartments. Next door is the 3 star Ostan Gweedore Hotel which features a modern leisure centre and the award winning Ocean Restaurant. The pubs and shops in Bunbeg are a short stroll away and a 5 minute drive will bring you to the 9 hole Gweedore Golf Club.

Bunbeg itself is a small fishing village with a quaint harbour, set in the heart of the Gweedore Gaeltacht. Both Bunbeg and the neighbouring Derrybeg  village are so close they could be mistaken for one another. The Irish Language has survived in this area -  along with much of the traditional Irish Culture that has now been lost to many other areas of the County.

• Take a trip around the spectacular Bloody Foreland
• Golf on nearby Gweedore Golf Club – a challenging 9 hole course. 
• Visit Dunlewey Lakeside Centre - Facilities include restaurant, tea-room, craft shop,  adventure play areas, pets & animals, storytelling, boat trips on Dunlewey Lake, guided tours and weaving demonstrations.
• Enjoy beautiful unspoilt beaches on your doorstep
• Relax in the Ostan Gaoth Dobhair Leisure Centre
• Take a day trip to Tory Island , Inishbofin or Gola Island. The ferry service to Tory Island is available from Bunbeg and Magheraroarty several times a day - weather permitting
• Climb Muckish and Errigal. Mount Errigal, the highest mountain in Donegal is a demanding climb and once on the summit you can see for miles around.
• Visit Glenveagh National Park, with 16,000 hectares of mountains, lakes, wood and bogs. Glenveagh contains the largest red deer population in Europe.  Within the National Park Glenveagh Castle and gardens are well worth a visit on their own
• Fish for salmon on the Clady river
• Find numerous peaceful roads, country lanes and mountain tracks to walk

The wonderful living area in each apartment enjoys breathtaking views  views over  Magherclogher Strand and Gweedore Bay towards the numerous off shore islands in this part of West Donegal - including Gola and Aranmore.  From the comfort of the luxury furniture suite you can just sit and watch the boats sail by or people strolling on the beach. The area is furnished with a  tv with dvd player. The occasional tables, lamps, mirrors and colourful wall pictures help create the perfect ambience for relaxation

  Bedrooms

The holiday apartments each have two beautifully furnished and decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have wood floors and a glass door leading out to the patio area.

Booking deposit (non-refundable) of euro100 per week - with balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.
