Annie’s River Retreat is a two bedroom cottage, with its own access to the banks of the Gweebara River and views across to the mountains beyond. The cottage is situated in the heart of the Gaeltacht (Irish speaking) area of West Donegal and has tranquil views of the mountains and river and sheep grazing in the field leading down to the river banks.

It is the perfect place to relax and be entranced with this special, unspoilt area of Ireland, particularly relaxing in the cottage’s large living area, with the turf wood burner stove, looking out our ‘picture window’ towards the river valley.

Electricity, water, oil central heating, Wi-Fi/internet access, initial supply of turf and kindling included plus pets welcomed with agreement (e.g. one well behaved dog). Parties/events not allowed. The cottage is strictly non smoking.
