Teach Charlie is over 200 years old and is situated along the Wild Atlantic Way on a sheltered site within walking distance of an inlet where kayaks etc could be launched. The holiday home is close to Donegal Airport and is within 15 mins drive of Carrickfinn Blue Flag beach. Danny Minnie’s restaurant in Annagry is nearby as is the famous Leo’s Taven in Meenaleck.

The Carrickfinn peninsula has been designated a Special Area of Conservation and also a Natural Heritage area. Wildlife is in abundance and the area is noted for the presence of rare plant species. A 5 minute drive from the holiday home will bring the visitor to the wonderful Carrickfinn blue flag beach
