Killahoey Cottage - Dunfanaghy

Enjoy spectacular views from every room in the house. Killahoey cottage is located  opposite Dunfanaghy 18 Hole links Golf Course, Killahoey Beach blue flag beach and Sheephaven Bay.

The cottage benefits from an elevated and tranquil location within walking distance of Dunfanaghy seaside village, with pubs and restaurants, on the Northwest Coast of Donegal. The area is a popular tourist destination known for its magnificent beaches, golf course, coastal and mountain scenery.

It offers spacious, comfortable, accommodation for up to eight people. This includes  three en-suite bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for families and groups of golfers/walkers. Outside, there is a landscaped garden, a patio area with barbeque, garden furniture and ample parking.

Boat trips to Tory and Aranmore Islands from Magheroarty-Burtonport.

Living Space

  Kitchen

The dining table has seating for eight and is located in a bay window offering wonderful sea views. Glazed double doors lead to the furnished hallway.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with modern storage units, and includes a ceramic hob and electric oven, a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and essential crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware.
A separate utility room has the washing machine, iron and ironing board, freezer, - and rural views of Kill Mountain.

  Living Room

The large living room is located to the front of the house and enjoys panoramic views over Dunfanaghy Golf Course, beach and Sheephaven Bay. It is tastefully furnished and has an open fireplace. The TV has a DVD, and there is also a CD-radio- stereo and a selection of books and board games.

Glazed double doors lead to the hallway which also offers rural views to the rear of the property.

  Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms sleeping up to eight people.

• a. A downstairs double bed with an en-suite and rural views.

• b. An upstairs double bed and single bed with an en-suite and Horn Head and sea views.

• c. An upstairs double bed and single bed with an en-suite and sea views.

  Bathrooms

The three en-suite bathrooms each have a separate shower, toilet and hand basin.
There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet and hand basin off the hallway, downstairs.
