Kilycolman House - Rathmullan

Kilcolman House is a charming 3 bedroom Irish farmhouse that has recently been refurbished and extended. The farmhouse is situated just off the coast road between  Rathmullan and Portsalon.  It is located on an elevated site and enjoys lovely views of Lough Swilly and the Inishowen Hills.

Accommodation at Kilycolman House is designed to provide a comfortable home from home experience. The house is centrally heated and comprises a modern kitchen, a living and dining room and a separate sitting room. There are 3 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor.
Attached to the holiday farmhouse are restored horse stables that can accommodate several horses/ponies. There is also approx 1/2 acre grazing around the farmhouse.

Rathmullan

The holiday village of Rathmullan is a 10 minute drive away. Here you will find a number of good restaurants, an equestrian centre, sailing school,  two charter boats (for deep sea angling and sightseeing) and a safe sandy  beach. There are also a number lively and friendly pubs –  in the Beachcomber Bar you can enjoy both  excellent bar food and stunning views of Lough Swilly and Inch Island 
At the pier area a car ferry to Buncrana on the Inishowen Peninsula operates during the summer months. Otway Golf Club - and a number of small secluded beaches - are  located 1 mile from the farmhouse

Superb Golf Links and Beach at Portsalon

The holiday home is located near the beginning of breathtaking Knockalla coast road that runs along the eastern shores of the Fanad Peninsula. This road offers a spectacular drive overlooking Lough Swilly and the Inishowen hills. A seven mile drive along this road will bring you to the holiday village of Portsalon where you will find a superb blue flag beach and a top class golf course. Portsalon Golf Club has been extensively redesigned in the last few years and is now one of the finest links courses in the North West of Ireland.

The main living room of the holiday home has farmhouse style windows which provide good natural light. The facilities include a comfortable furniture suite, an open fireplace, solid wood floor and a stylish oval dining table. For home entertainment there is a  TV

The second living room of the holiday farmhouse features a comfortable furniture suite, electric fireplace and solid wood floor.

  Bedrooms

The holiday farmhouse has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7people. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor.  The accommodation make-up is as follows:-

• 1 bedroom -  double bed -  ensuite - sea views

• 1 bedroom - 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed - ensuite

Booking deposit (non-refundable) of euro100 per week - with balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.
