The kitchen shown here, is located to the rear of the house, has ceramic tiled floors, a solid oak dresser and cabinet, and comes fully equipped with modern, high and low storage units, and appliances.

Included are a: A gas hob and electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an iron and ironing board, two dining tables and ten seats. (Including the dining room/sun room.)
Essential crockery, cutlery and cookware is also provided.

Electricity is included.
