The hirer is responsible for leaving the accommodation in good order and
in a clean condition and for ensuring that the hirer, and all members of
their party behave in a reasonable manner with regard to the property and
the area during their stay in the house.
Any breakages or damages should
be reported to the owner, which the hirer should expect to pay for. The
hirer will be liable for any extra services, beyond cleaning, needed to
return the property to it's original condition. The owner reserves the
right to re-possess the property during the hirer's occupancy.
Number of peoples using the property Only the maximum number of people
stated in the property particulars may use the property. The owner
reserves the right to refuse admittance if this rule is abused.
Liabilities
The owner of the holiday property can accept NO liability for loss of any
nature whatsoever suffered by any person from any cause arising in
connection with that person's occupation or attendance at the holiday
accommodation.
Complaints procedure
Please let us know immediately if a problem arises. We will endeavour to
resolve the problem as soon as possible.
