This spacious cottage is built on an elevated site and has panoramic views over woodland countryside and Lough Swilly. It is the perfect location for those seeking a little more privacy yet is convenient to all the amenities of Rathmullan village. (5 mins drive)

The interior is wonderfully spacious and bright with the accent on quality furnishings and decor. Each of the 4 upstairs bedrooms has a double bed - with those to the front taking full advantage of the marvellous views. Both the large kitchen/dining area and the main living room have patio doors which open to the rear of the cottage

Otway Golf Club, reputedly the second oldest in Ireland, is within walking distance and other activities in the area include boat charter for pleasure and fishing trips at Rathmullan pier, pony trekking at the nearby Golden Sands Equestrian Centre, and hillwalking on the little country roads surrounding the cottage. Letterkenny, County Donegal’s main town, is 20 minutes by car and has a 5 screen cinema, public swimming pool, urban park, an Grianan Theatre and of course, a wide variety of shops.

Long Lough Heights, Rathmullan, is the ideal base for your family holiday in Donegal. Remember, this cottage is very private yet is within 5 min drive time of the beach and the centre of Rathmullan village.
