This spacious home sits on a 3/4 acre site ideal for active children. Furnished and equipped to the highest standard this makes it an ideal location for exploring the Inishowen Peninsula.

The house is on the renowned Inishowen 100 coastal drive and is at the foot of the Urris Hills providing spectacular views of Mamore Gap from every aspect of the house. It is situated 5 miles from the village of Clonmany and 8 miles from the town of Buncrana both offer a range of shops, pubs and restaurants.

This location is ideal for relaxing in one of Ireland's most scenic areas, but there is also plenty for those wanting a more active and exploring holiday. A beautiful unspoilt sandy beach is located in Leenan Bay which is one mile from the house and further afield is the equally beautiful Tullagh Bay (3 miles).

Activities and Attractions

For those who fancy a few rounds of golf you are approx 10 miles from Ballyliffin's renowned Championship Golf Course . The Urris Hills is popular with local mountain climbers and they rise in the distance to a height of 502 metres. There is sea fishing at Leenan pier and fishing at Mintiagh lakes for brown trout ( 7 miles).

Other attractions include the recently restored walk to Glenevin Waterfall, Dunree Fort Visitor's Centre, Doagh Visitor's Centre and for those who want to hit the shops you are only 40 minutes from the centre of Derry city.
