Ocean Heights Cottage - Dunfanaghy

A lovely,bright and airy house available to rent in the Dunfanaghy area. Finished to the highest specification with wooden floors throughout, this 3-bedroom holiday home is  ideally situated for walkers, golfers and people who enjoy the Donegal countryside. The large, comfortable living room has sea views, and a spacious kitchen and dining room lead on to  outdoor decking area with barbeque for summer evenings.

Ocean Heights is the perfect holiday location. You will be within walking distance of Killahoey Strand and close to Dunfanaghy village, where you can visit art galleries, craft shops, buy your groceries or have a nice meal and a pint in the local restaurants and pubs.

The spacious kitchen is located to the rear of the house. Patio doors lead from the dining area to the south facing decking area. The fully fitted kitchen includes a ceramic hob and an electric oven, a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a washing machine and a tumble dryer and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also an iron and ironing board.

  Living Room

A large  living room with an open fireplace, wooden floors, comfortable seating, tv, dvd, video and cd-stereo and superb sea views.

  Bedrooms

The master double bedroom with a KING SIZE BED is located to the front of the house with stunning sea views.
The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. - These rooms both have excellent views of the Donegal countryside.

  Bathrooms

The upstairs bathroom has a bath, basin, shower and toilet.
There is also a separate basin and toilet downstairs.

Non-refundable booking deposit of euro100 per week - with balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.
