Ocean View Cottage is a comfortable self catering holiday home that is located on a hillside 2km from the popular holiday village of Dunfanaghy in North West Donegal. Form its elevated site the cottage enjoys truly spectacular views of Killahoey Strand, Sheephaven Bay and the rugged Rosguill Peninsula beyond.
The cottage is situated on Horn Head. Perhaps the most dramatic of Donegal's Peninsulas, Horn Head provides stunning scenic drives and numerous scenic walks. The cottage also overlooks beautiful Killahoey Strand and has private access to a secluded part of this beach.
The village of Dunfanaghy - and the nearby village of Port-na-Blagh - are popular tourist resorts with lively pubs and a good choice of restaurants. There is something for everyone in this beautiful area, from horse-riding to golf, from browsing around the local art galleries to taking leisurely strolls along the magnificent beaches
In addition to Killahoey there are four other superb beaches in this beautiful part of Donegal - Ards, Portnablagh, Tramore and Marble Hill. Overlooking Marble Hill Strand is the superb new Shandon Hotel Spa and Wellness Centre. This modern Spa has a hydrotherapy floor and 8 treatment rooms.

The main living area has an open fireplace and the sunroom has lovely views over Sheephaven Bay. For home entertainment there is a tv with sky digital and dvd player.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8.
