Radharc Inishfree is a beautiful 4 bedroom holiday home located on an elevated site on the outskirts of Annagry village in West Donegal. Nestled on a small hillside the holiday home enjoys views over this small Gaeltacht village towards the Carrickfinn Peninsula. Mount Errigal dominates the landscape in this part of Donegal and is visible most days to the rear of the house.
This newly built holiday home is finished to a high standard throughout. There are 4 bright and comfortable bedrooms - two of which are ensuite. A beautiful stone fireplace provides a warm ambience to the modern kitchen. To the front of the house there are separate living and dining rooms - both simply yet tastefully furnished and decorated.
Annagry itself is in the Gaeltacht area of the Rosses in West Donegal and is the closet village to Donegal Airport in nearby Carrickfinn. The village has an Irish speaking college in the summer months where the Irish language can be learnt by young and old alike. West of the road between Annagry and Crolly is the district of Rannafast , one of the major centres in the country for summer courses in the Irish Language.
The landscape of the Rosses area is rugged and is studded with a myriad of lakes and inlets of the sea. It includes the towns and townlands of Dungloe, Kincasslagh, Doochary, Lettermacaward, Ranafast and Annagry, and the inhabited island of Arranmore Island. Other small islands are Inisfree, Iniscaoragh and Owey Island. Cruit Island is linked to the rest of the region by bridge and it boasts a very scenic nine-hole golf course.
The renowned Leos Tavern near Annagry is the home of the world famous Clannad and Enya and holds regular music sessions. The popular Irish Country singer Daniel O Donnell is from nearby Kincasslagh.
Donegal airport is just over 5 mins drive from the holiday home, and currently offers regular flights to and from Dublin and Glasgow (Prestwick). Within 45 minutes flying time visitors can leave city life behind to enjoy the rugged Donegal coastline, with it's many pubs and restaurants offering 'ceoil agus craic' or simply sap up the tranquillity of the surroundings and the changing mood of the Atlantic Ocean.
• Golf at nearby Cruit Island Golf Club or Gweedore Golf Club – two challenging and very scenic 9 hole courses.
• Enjoy beautiful unspoilt beaches in the locality - including the fabulous Carrickfinn Blue Flag Beach (3km) and Mullaghderg
• Fish for brown, sea and rainbow trout in some of the 130 lakes in the Rosses area
• Take a trip around the spectacular Bloody Foreland
• Try some of the local award winning restaurants - Danny Minnie's in Annagry itself or the Lobster Pot in Burtonport

• Climb Muckish and Errigal.
