Riverside House is a superb modern holiday home located in a unique and attractive new development on the outskirts of
Ardara Town. This wonderful self catering accommodation combines the convenience of town living with the benefits of having the countryside and its many amenities on your doorstep. The river, which runs behind the house is noted for its salmon. Accommodation in the holiday home is carefully planned, well laid out, spacious and comprises of living room, dining room, kitchen, wc, 3 bedrooms (the master with en-suite) and main bathroom.

Ardara is one of the most attractive towns in Donegal and is set in a wide valley where the Owentocher River enters Loughros More Bay. The environs of the town is an area rich in history, culture, bounded by stunning landscapes and has an abundance of activities for the holidaymaker. Ardara is a traditional centre for weaving and knitwear production. Its historical importance has been recognised in the granting of Heritage status to the town.  The visitor will find a number of excellent restaurants in the locality as well as friendly pubs – several of which feature traditional music sessions.

Ardara is a great touring base for you to discover the beautiful South West Donegal region. Within easy driving distance you will find the exceptional ancient tomb of Kilclooney Dolmen and the enchanting Maghera Caves. To the north of Ardara is the charming village of Portnoo. Take some time to yourself as you enjoy a round of golf in the superb Narin and Portnoo Golf Links. The holiday home is just 7km away from the wonderful Narin Blue Flag beach. It is also within a short distance of Glencolmcille in the heart of the Gaeltacht region – an area is renowned for its culture, tradition and historic settlements.

This beautiful part of Ireland is  also an ideal base for hill and coastal walking.  Within half an hours dive of Riverside House you will find
