PAYMENT:
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival together with a €200 damage deposit (this can be a separate cheque). This damage deposit will be refunded to you in full within two weeks of your departure providing no damage has been done to the property, or extra cleaning is necessary. No refund will be given in the event of a canclled booking. We would reccomend that you arrange special insurance with your broker if you feel there may be a likelihood of cancellation.
