
Named after the development on which it is situated, the holiday home is a compact, semi detached, south facing, three bedroom property which can sleep up to six. There is a main bathroom, an en-suite, and a downstairs toilet. The ground floor has a forward facing lounge with french doors opening into a dining area which, in turn, has patio doors opening to a small outside patio area in the back garden. - convenient for dining outdoors in fine weather.
The holiday home is situated in the new Rossview development just off Bayview Avenue, and about 500 metres south of the Main Street and the waters edge, in Bundoran.
Bundoran is popularly known as Irelands Premier Seaside Resort. It is located in South Donegal on the shores of the Atlantic against a backdrop of the majestic Ben-Bulben mountain range. It is an ideal place to live, visit or simply to relax, with a wealth of activities including. -
Golf. - Bundoran Golf Club dates back to 1894, and has a fine coastal Championship 18 hole Golf Course, that annually hosts two international competitions. The area is a golfers paradise with many excellent courses all within a short travelling distance, including, The Donegal Golf Club at Murvagh, The County Sligo Golf Club, and The Strandhill Golf Course.
Water Sports. - Donegal Bays Atlantic coastline makes it one of the worlds top locations for surfing, sailing, wind and kite surfing, canoeing and kayaking, or simply swimming. The area is particularly popular with the surfing community, and Bundoran and Rossnowlagh beaches are up there with the very best surfing locations in the world.
The Blue Flag beaches at Bundoran and Rossnowlagh are also ideal for families and safe bathing.
Equestrian. - An Equestrian holiday in Bundoran provides that unique encounter with nature that once experienced, will never be forgotten. Angling. - Donegal Bay has somewhere in the region of 30 different species of fish and It is not unusual for a days fishing to produce at least 5 or more species. Everything considered a good days sea angling is almost guaranteed. Those who prefer shore fishing will find miles of excellent locations from Bundoran, right around to Rossnowlagh beach.
Coastal Walks. - The Cliff Walk and the Rougey Walk are two local walks offering spectacular coastal views and breathtaking scenery.
Other. - The Boneyard, with the new skateboarding and high ropes course, where you can try out climbing, abseiling, tightrope walk, balance beams, and the very scary trapeze leap of faith.
Also. - Go-Karts, Cycling, Bowling-Alley, Tennis, Archery, Skating, Waterworld, with wave pool and fastest slide in Ireland, sauna and steam rooms, Sea weed baths, The Donegal Waterbus, and much more.
Entertainment. - Bundoran has many hotels, pubs, restaurants, clubs and discos, with a variety of entertainment on offer, including live traditional Irish and contemporary music, performed by local and well known national names. There is much to choose from and it would be advisable to consult an up to date listing of whats on.
Some places to Visit. - Donegal Waterbus, Donegal Castle, Glenveagh National Park, Belleek Pottery, Ulster American Folk Park, Marble Arch Caves, Killybegs, Slieve-League Cliffs, Mullaghmore and Lissadell House.
Kitchen
The modern fully fitted kitchen is situated to the rear of the house. It includes the dining area, and there is access from the lounge through the dining area to the outside patio. Set on a ceramic tiled floor, the fittings include an integrated dishwasher and fridge-freezer, electric hob and oven with matching extractor-hood, a microwave, a washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the essential crockery, cutlery and cookware.
The dining table has seating for six, but can easily accommodate eight.
There is also an iron and ironing board and an outside clothes line.
The south facing lounge, on solid timber flooring, it is amply furnished with matching two seater and three seater couches, and an arm chair, all upholstered in a light beige leather. There is the traditional open fireplace, coffee table and a TV with dvd/cd player and VHS video player.
There are three upstairs bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite.
The second bedroom has a double bed.
The third bedroom has a double bed.
The main bathroom upstairs has a bath, electric shower, basin and toilet.
The en-suite has a thermostatically controlled shower, basin and toilet.
The hallway downstairs, has a basin and toilet.

Had the most relaxing break in 16 months. Our little son is a handful but we had a lovely time and enjoyed walks around Roughey and Rossnowlagh beach.
