situated, the holiday home is a compact, semi detached, south facing, three
bedroom property which can sleep up to eight. There is a main bathroom, an
en-suite, and a downstairs toilet. The ground floor has a forward facing
lounge with french doors opening into a dining area which, in turn, has
patio doors opening to a small outside patio area in the back garden: -
convenient for dining outdoors in fine weather.
The holiday home is situated in the new Ross View
development just off
Bayview
Avenue, and about 500 metres south of the Main Street and the waters
edge, in Bundoran.
Bundoran is popularly known as Ireland's Premier Seaside Resort.
It is located in South Donegal on the shores of the Atlantic against a
backdrop of the majestic Ben Bulben mountain range. It is an ideal place
to live, visit or simply to relax, with a wealth of activities

Golf; - Bundoran Golf Club dates back to 1894, and has a fine
coastal Championship 18 hole Golf Course, that annually hosts two
international competitions. The area is a golfers paradise with many
excellent courses all within a short travelling distance, including; The
Donegal Golf Club at Murvagh, The County Sligo Golf Club, and The
Strandhill Golf Course.
Water Sports: - Donegal Bay's Atlantic coastline makes it one of
the worlds top locations for surfing, sailing, wind and kite surfing,
canoeing and kayaking, or simply swimming. The area is particularly
popular with the surfing community, and Bundoran and Rossnowlagh beaches
are up there with the very best surfing locations in the world.
The Blue Flag beaches at Bundoran and Rossnowlagh are also ideal for
families and safe bathing.
Equestrian: - An Equestrian holiday in Bundoran provides that

find miles of excellent locations from Bundoran, right around to
Rossnowlagh beach.
Coastal Walks: - The Cliff Walk and the Rougey Walk are two local
walks offering spectacular coastal views and breathtaking scenery.
Other: - The "Boneyard", with the new skateboarding and high
ropes course, where you can try out climbing, abseiling, tightrope walk,
balance beams, and the very scary trapeze leap of faith.
