Located on scenic Cruit Island, Sea View House has been finished to a high standard complete with oak doors and floors throughout. Undoubtedly, the main feature of this luxury home, and what makes it stand out from other similar homes, is the impressive glass gable end leading to an elevated patio area and incorporating magnificent sea views. The holiday home has an inverted design, with all living accommodation on the first floor and sleeping quarters on the ground floor. Cruit Island and Kincasslagh

The indented coastline around Cruit Island and Kincaslagh on the mainland abounds with sandy beaches, small harbours and rocky shoreline. This evocative landscape is ideal for a a host of outdoor activities such as walking, fishing, boating, swimming and bird watching. 5 minutes from the holiday home is Cruit Island Golf Club. This is one of the best – and perhaps the most scenic – 9 hole golf courses in Ireland. The course overlooks Owey and Aranmore islands and has Mount Errigal as a backdrop.

The kitchen is located on the upper floor to take full advantage of the superb sea views. All appliances are integrated and there is a granite worktop. A separate utility room is adjacent to the kitchen.

  Dining Area

The dining area is next to the kitchen and forms the middle section of the open plan design of the upper floor of Sea View House. The area is brightly lit by large velux windows and recessed lighting.

  Living Area

Next to the dining area is the main living area with its comfortable furnishings and solid fuel stove. The space is equipped with tv, dvd and cd/radio. The entire upper floor is bright and spacious and features a glass gable end leading, via patio doors, to an elevated deck area.

  Elevated Patio

The elevated deck has magnificent views over Cruit Island and beyond to Aranmore Island and Kincasslagh village. There is also walking access to the side garden of Sea View House.

Booking deposit (non-refundable) of euro100 per week - with balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.
