As its name suggests, this truly superb, luxury holiday home is located at the water's edge on the western shore of Lough Foyle. The extensive deck area to the front takes full advantage of the panoramic sea views - its loungers and outdoor furniture makes an ideal alfresco dining/living area. Watch the family of seals playing on the rocks just below or simply relax in this spectacular setting.

Luxury Interior

The interior of the house is equipped and furnished to the highest standards. Each of the four bedrooms face the sea (two have balconies) The main living room has a full-length glazed wall - here you can relax on the indoor loungers and gaze towards the mouth of the lough and beyond to the Atlantic Ocean.

Local Attractions

Take a walk from the deck area, down the wooden steps to the seashore and explore the rockpools at low tide. Further along you'll find the modern, 4 star Redcastle Oceanfront Hotel and Spa with its parkland golf course, with special rates guests staying at Shorefront.

Adjacent to the hotel you'll find Leisureland - an adventure indoor playground for kids with ball pool, dodgems etc. Surrounding Area Redcastle enjoys a scenic and strategic location on the western shore of Lough Foyle, about 10 miles from the Historic Walled City of Derry. There are  panoramic views eastwards across the waters of the lough to Binevenagh mountain in north Co. Derry. A short drive northwards takes you to the seaside village of Moville. A little beyond that is the fishing village of Greencastle.

Here you can catch the car ferry for the pleasant crossing to Magilligan on the eastern bank. From here you can explore the coastline of Northen Ireland and pay a visit to the Giant's Causeway.Golf: Inishowen is a golfer's paradise. Redcastle Golf Club has 9-hole parkland golf course in a stunning setting along the banks of Lough Foyle.

The Shore Front was created very much with abundant space in mind, with open plan living areas, high ceilings and apex windows taking in panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and Lough Foyle

The Shore Front has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. All bedrooms are extra spacious and have superb sea views. All rooms are delightfully furnished with luxury high quality bedlinen, together with sumptuous duck & goose down duvets. The ground floor double bedroom has a Provencal style, king size bed. There is a bathroom adjacent to this bedroom.

There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, one ensuite - the other two share a bathroom.

Booking Details

Booking deposit (non-refundable) of 50% payable on confirmation of reservation - with balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period (including security deposit).

€300 security deposit to cover loss or damage, breakages, excess cleaning or waste disposal, etc. payable on payment of 2nd instalment. The €300 security will be refunded to the client within 2 weeks of departure, assuming there is no loss, damage, excess cleaning or excess waste disposal required. On departure, the house, equipment and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
