From this perfect touring base you can visit two unspoiled beaches within a 5 minute drive. In addition to this Inishowen also boasts numerous beaches across the coastal region. If golf is your game of choice there is a broad range of golf clubs and resorts including a championship links golf course at Ballyliffin 10 minutes away. Local Activities

Every season hosts a range of action packed local activities. In the Spring time the St Patrick's Day Parade's kick off the start of spring and Culdaff exercises a Climbfest. The summer months proudly bring numerous community wide Inishowen family Festivals, Music Concerts and Regattas. The Autumn brings the Charles Macklin Festival and in the Winter Santa comes to Inishowen and stays in the Isle of Doagh which is a truly magical experience for people of all ages!

If you are feeling adventurous why not take the car ferry across the scenic Lough Foyle and visit the stunning Antrim Coast with its many alluring tourist features including the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and the historic Bushmills Whiskey Distillery. The gateway to the Antrim Coast is only a 40 minute's drive from Sliabh Dual.

Derry City

A 30 minute scenic drive along the banks of the Foyle will lead you into the spectacular walled city of Derry. This city is packed full of history reinforced by walking tours and open top bus tours readily available from within the city. Derry is famously renowned for its massive Halloween Festival and all the fun activities available for all the family from Firework Displays to Haunted Walking Tours!! Be sure to dress up and join in!

Derry is a well developed modernised city with a range of amenities including the Millennium Forum Theatre, various large shopping centres, excellent award winning restaurants, trendy bars and nightclubs, two cinemas, a bowling alley, public leisure facilities and activity play centres for children to enjoy.
