The hirer is responsible for leaving the accommodation in good order and in a
clean condition and for ensuring that the hirer and all members of the party
behave in a reasonable manner with regard to the property and the area during
their stay in the house.
Damages and Breakages
Any breakages or damages must be paid for and should be reported to the owner
on 087 8102224. The hirer will be liable for any extra services, beyond
cleaning, needed to return the property to the original condition when you
checked in. The owner reserves the right to re-possess the property during
the hirer's occupancy.
Occupancy
Only the maximum number of people which is ten may use the property. The
owner reserves the right to refuse admittance if this rule is abused.
Liabilities
The owner of the holiday property can accept NO liability for loss of any
nature whatsoever suffered by any person from any cause arising in connection
with that person's occupation or attendance at the holiday accommodation.

immediately if a problem arises. We will endeavour to resolve the problem as
soon as possible.
