Teach Claggan is a luxury chalet residence on an
elevated
site, with magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and
lakes.
It boasts a large conservatory and an
upper floor veranda with views of
the Atlantic Ocean.
Situated five miles from the
Fanad lighthouse, it affords great lake
fishing, surfing, golf, cycling or just leisurely walks on
Ballyhieran
Beach, a little over five minutes walk away.
A shop, post office, bar or restaurant are all just a three to four
minutes drive away.
Teach Claggan is in the heart of the Donegal Gaeltacht, close to the
villages of Rosnakil and Tamney and seven miles from
Portsalon with
it’s 18 hole golf course.
The Historic towns of Rathmullan and
Ramelton lead you on to the county
town of Letterkenny, forty minutes drive away.
The ancient city of Derry, the oldest (intact) walled city in Europe is
only a little over an hour’s drive.
