Pictured above are the kitchen and the separate dining room, which lies between the kitchen and the lounge.

The fully fitted kitchen has modern storage units and all the latest appliances, including: an electric ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and all the essential crockery, cutlery and cookware.
A separate utility room has the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also an outside clothes line.
The dining room has a table with six chairs.
